Let me tell you a personal story

Hi, I’m Angela! I didn’t grew up doing sports or learning how to eat healthy. I was overweight, only eating junk food and I HATED being active… Nowadays I live a healthy and active lifestyle and I feel confident enough to tell you that I’m living in my dream physique while withholding a healthy relationship with food, training, and my body. Never in a million years did I think that I would be feeling “off” when not being active.  Nor did I see myself having my dream body WITHOUT skipping foods I enjoy and LOVING my healthy and active life. I learned how to do it as an adult and built everything from scratch.

Why should you listen to me?  Maybe you’ve tried many things before… Well, let me tell you a little more about myself. I’m a very experienced, skilled and caring coach. I made it my mission to help people build their sustainable physiques with a no-BS approach. My valuable coaching techniques have motivated hundreds of people to completely reinvent themselves, leading to sustainable lifestyle changes.

It may not be visible to the naked eye, but life has mold me through challenges. My search for peace connected several dots in my life. It has made me a better human and a better coach. I can dig deeper, make the right connections and help you find emotional balance.
