Our 4-week Custom Training Plan includes:
- Comprehensive Full Body Movement Assessment: Using 3 video submissions, we’ll evaluate compensating muscle groups, mobility issues, and deconditioned muscles, then design your training program accordingly.
- Progressive Overload: Each week is different, with varying repetitions, weights, sets, and tempos, to ensure you’re always pushing your limits.
- Split Schedule: Choose between 3-6 days a week, depending on your starting level and preferences.
