Choose a four week package or prepare yourself for your next three months. You tell us your goal, we’ll customize your workouts.
Choose three, four, five or a six day split schedule. You’ll have get a well-designed and science based training program, with weekly and monthly periodization techniques. Train with purpose, use an appropriate exercise order, and a method to progress over time.
Custom Training Plan for 4 weeks contains:
- Full Body Movement Assessment; we will ask you to send in 3 video’s (front, side and back) doing a specific movement. This assessment will provide information regarding compensating muscle groups, any mobility issues and deconditioned muscle groups. We will create a training program using this information.
- Weekly progressive overload; every week is different in repetitions, weight, sets and or tempo
- Split schedule (3-6 days depending on starting level and personal preference) with weekly progressive overload.
- With focus on muscle groups that need the most attention
- Including mobility & activation training
- Training fundamentals masterclass: ROM, Tension, Breathing, initiate with working muscle, rest, bracing, mind-muscle-connection
- Online support
Custom Training Plan for 3 months contains:

- 3 training periodization blocks [week 1-4], [week 5-8] and [week 9-12]
- We will ask you to film specific exercises to correct and optimize form
- Monthly progressive overload; 3 completely different monthly programs
- Weekly progressive overload; every week is different in repetitions, weight, sets and or tempo
- Split schedule (3-6 days depending on starting level and personal preference) with weekly progressive overload.
- With focus on muscle groups that need the most attention
- Including mobility & activation training

- After payment you will receive an intake form and an instruction video for the assessment you will need to send in.
- This training program is 100% custom, this means that we’ll need some time to design it properly. You will receive your training program within 3 working days.
