Angela L. Oosterling Muñante

(Sports)dietitian, personal trainer and anthropometrist.

Angela is a registered dietitian (BSc, RD), a certified specialist in sport dietetics (SCAS), an internationally certified fitness professional (NSCA-CPT) and charts body composition as an anthropometrist according to international protocol (ISAK).

Angela does her work with passion, love and convictionand has a no-nonsense evidence-based approach. She is fascinated by the importance of good quality nutrition and makes everyone think about it. This often results in sustainable lifestyle changes.

Angela’s drive and ambition motivates. She continually invests in herself by following new courses and programs. Through her curiosity, she’s always up to date on the newest developments in the fields of nutrition, supplementation and sports. She prefers strength sports, martial arts, athletics and all sorts of other explosive sports.

In addition to 1 on 1 guidance, Angela also likes to give guidance to teams/groups and gives workshops, masterclasses and lectures.

Niels Duinmaijer

Personal trainer, movement therapist and sports massage therapist

Niels is a CIOS certified movement therapist and personal trainer. He likes to explain the role of mobility, motor control and functional patterns in fundamental movement. His FMS-screenings provide valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure you meet your short and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and vitality.

He maintains strong ties with his clients. He feels a strong responsibility for the well-being of the people under his care. The people he guides are always his priority.

Niels established his basis at a young age when he started serving in the army. This shaped him and made him very disciplined. His calm approach in times of stress(also during heavy exercises) work therapeutically. His army fundamentals are also reflected in the exercises he uses for his training. This makes his training courses exceptionally creative and different.

Within Body Masters, Niels takes care of the strength and fitness training, Functional Movement Screening and the sports massages. He works closely together with various chiropractors and physiotherapists, so you’re always ensured of the most optimal care.
