  • I’ll teach you how to monitor your nutrition using personal calorie budgets and macronutrient recommendations, gradually decreasing or increasing calories and adapting macronutrients as needed.
  • I’ll coach you through plateaus and how to plan for succes with social gatherings.
  • I’ll teach you how to build well-balanced and nutritious main meals. Yes, 100% vegan is possible.
  • You’ll get a monthly new training schedule based on body parts that need most work with periodization to keep body from adapting
  • Your monthly training program includes a weekly progressive overload (more sets, weight, and/or repetitions)
  • Split schedule (4-6 days depending on starting level and personal preference). Every week is different in sets, weight and/or reps.
  • Including mobility & activation training

how does
it work

  • INTAKE
    We’ll set up a date for an intake through Zoom to discuss the goal, current situation, current nutritional habits, injuries etc.
  • GET STARTED
    Within 3 working days after your intake you’ll receive your custom meal and training plan
  • A weekly coach check in
    You’ll have the option to check-in with your coach every Wednesday through e-mail or in-app messaging. Work through challenges, ask questions or share progress.
  • Monthly strategy call
    Once a month we’ll set up a call through Zoom to discuss progress, what next steps to take and adapt where needed.
